Before serving the church in full-time pastoral ministry I was gaining life experience working in a lumber franchise; inventory control for a warehouse and running a family based retail store. I grew up in Brantford Ontario and late in my high school career had a God-encounter that affected everything in my life.

Our family has served in Brantford, Paris; Wiarton, Kirkland Lake, Wasaga Beach and January 2021 we started here in Belleville.

I love to hunt. I like to fish. I seek to become all things to all people so that by some means I might save some (see 1 Corinthians 9.19-23).

Shelly and I married in 1990 and continue to work hard at staying married. She’s great and very understanding! We have three grown children and this past year welcomed our first two grandchildren into the family. Family is important to us. That is one reason why we see the church as family. Our desire is that you will feel at home; in the Father’s house week after week here at Calvary. Our hope is that you will grow in your relationship with the Father and with us!
